Educational wellbeing support
SiftMind offers self-guided exercises, reflection prompts, and everyday skills practice for general wellbeing. Some materials draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and related approaches. Practicing these techniques in SiftMind is educational self-help; it is not a course of psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Not a medical device; no diagnosis or treatment
SiftMind is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, screen for, prevent, cure, or treat any medical or mental health condition. SiftMind does not provide medical advice, psychotherapy, prescriptions, personalized clinical recommendations, or treatment plans.
The app does not determine whether you have a condition, whether symptoms are medically serious, or whether a particular treatment is appropriate. Mood ratings, categories, saved entries, and suggested exercises are for personal reflection, not diagnostic tests or clinical assessments.
Using SiftMind does not establish a clinician–patient or therapist–client relationship with InnovFlux Inc. or its team. The current release does not provide AI-generated therapeutic advice or automated interpretation of your entries to diagnose conditions or recommend treatment.
Professional care
SiftMind does not replace professional evaluation, advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek a doctor's advice in addition to using SiftMind and before making medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, conditions, medication, and treatment. Do not disregard professional advice, delay care, or start, stop, or change medication or treatment because of content in the app.
If distress persists, worsens, or interferes with daily life, seek professional support. SiftMind cannot determine whether a self-guided exercise is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Emergencies and crisis situations
SiftMind is not a crisis intervention, emergency response, or suicide-prevention service. Your entries, ratings, and support messages are not monitored for emergencies. Do not rely on the app to detect risk, alert anyone, or send help.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. For urgent emotional support, contact a local crisis service. Support email is for technical issues; app or skill feedback is submitted in the app. Neither channel provides mental-health support. Do not wait for SiftMind support to respond.
Choice, discomfort, and results
All exercises are optional. You can skip a prompt, choose a neutral response, or stop at any time. Some exercises may feel uncomfortable or increase distress. Stop if you feel worse, dizzy, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsafe, and seek appropriate support.
Experiences vary, and no benefit or outcome is guaranteed. Evidence supporting a technique does not establish that SiftMind itself is clinically validated or suitable for every person. Consult the Safety Guidance for practical precautions.
