Welcome to Recreation Finder. These terms govern your use of the App and its associated services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Recreation Finder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Recreation Finder allows users to:

• Browse recreation programs and activities
• View programs by location, time, and category
• Save programs to a personal schedule
• Use AI Assistant for conversational program search
• Use AI Planner for intelligent weekly schedule building
• Subscribe to Pro features for 200 AI conversations per month

The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Advertising

The App may include advertising in the free experience.

• Ads are provided by third-party ad services such as Google AdMob
• Ad content, delivery, and availability may be controlled by third-party providers and may depend on user permissions, region, and applicable settings
• Your use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how advertising-related and diagnostic data may be handled

4. AI Features

The App includes AI-powered features:

• AI Assistant offers conversational search for programs
• AI Planner helps create optimized weekly schedules based on your preferences
• AI responses are generated using third-party services and should be verified with official sources
• Free users receive 5 AI conversations; Pro subscribers get 200 conversations per month
• Pro subscribers can purchase additional conversation packs (50 conversations each) when they reach their monthly limit
• AI features may be unavailable during service outages or maintenance

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

5. Subscriptions

The App offers optional Pro subscription features:

• Pro subscription provides 200 AI conversations per month and ad-free experience
• Pro subscribers can purchase additional conversation packs (50 conversations each) as one-time purchases
• Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled
• One-time purchases do not auto-renew and are available immediately
• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions may be managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase

You agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, scrape, or attempt to reverse engineer the App or its services
• Verify program details with official sources before making decisions

You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided.

6. Third-Party Data & Links

The App may display data or links from third-party sources. InnovFlux Inc. is not responsible for:

• External websites or services
• Third-party content accuracy
• Registration or payment processes handled outside the App

7. Intellectual Property

All App design, code, and original content belong to InnovFlux Inc. unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnovFlux Inc. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App
• Inaccurate or outdated program information
• Participation in any listed activity
• AI-generated responses or schedule suggestions
• Service interruptions or AI feature unavailability

Use the App at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
