InnovFlux Inc. operates Recreation Finder (“the App”) and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

The App may collect information you choose to provide, such as:

• Profile photos you select
• Saved programs
• Personal schedules
• Preferences related to fitness, activities, and availability

This information is used solely to provide core App functionality.

Advertising Information

If ads are enabled, the App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob and its partners may collect certain data, such as device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction data, crash data, and performance data, to provide, measure, and improve advertising services.

Depending on the user's permissions, region, and applicable settings, this data may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and ad performance measurement.

The current version of the App does not use App Tracking Transparency permission-based tracking, and we do not request tracking permission on iOS at this time.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Your profile photo, program selections, schedule, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or synchronize this data to our servers as part of core App functionality.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only in the following cases:

• To comply with legal obligations, if required
• With service providers and partners that help us operate the App, such as Google AdMob for advertising and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and diagnostics

4. Crash Reporting and Diagnostics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs, diagnostic information, and certain performance-related data to help us detect, investigate, and fix stability issues and improve the reliability of the App.

5. Location Information

If you allow location access, the App uses your approximate location to:

• Find nearby recreation programs
• Improve relevance of search results

Location data is processed on-device for App functionality. We do not sell or share your location data.

6. Data Sources

Program information displayed in the App is sourced from the City of Toronto Open Data Portal. We do not control the accuracy or availability of this data. Please confirm important details with the program provider.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide App functionality. You may remove saved programs or schedules at any time by deleting them within the App.

8. Your Choices

• Control location access through iOS system settings
• Allow or revoke photo library access through iOS Settings
• Update or remove your profile photo at any time in the App
• Enable or disable Calendar Sync at any time in App Settings
• Revoke Calendar access at any time in iOS Settings
• Manage ad-related permissions and privacy choices through your device settings and any consent options presented in the App, where available

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
